How to save battery on iphone

One of the biggest issues that many people suffer with is their smartphone battery life. Your phone maybe not be as efficient as other cell phones, but it doesn’t really have anything to do with how inefficient your phone is in terms of electricity production. All smartphones are different, and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, as a regular consumer, you should know, that there are some things you can do to help improve your smartphone’s speed to 100 percent battery life. Below are some suggestions to help preserve battery life.

Keep your charger away from the outlet

If you want your iPhone or Android to last longer, then keep them away from any chargers that will come into contact with them. If they are charging an old-fashioned power cable, these types of devices will drain almost immediately, causing them to lose your phone’s battery quickly. A better bet is to buy wireless charging pads instead. They are a good option for portable batteries because they allow two to use simultaneously without being completely drained by one gadget. Never carry your phone over your shoulders or bag.

It goes without saying that you shouldn’t hold your phone in your arms all day long. Not only will this cause your battery to drain faster, but you risk becoming sweaty and possibly even dropping it. The best way to avoid this is to not touch your phone at all or use it with gloves. Doing so could potentially lead to the phone damage itself. If you choose to handle your phone, make sure you don’t let anyone near them, or otherwise take it to someone else. This is especially important if it’s not fully charged. Once you’re done using it with another person or in case you have to put something in your pocket or backpack, just turn off the charge and unplug it. Do this before outside the house. You might be surprised how much time it’ll save, and you might even get back on-time-charging it in no time at all.

Every time there’s some sort of interruption during your walk, or you’re holding the phone while walking, make a point to go to the bathroom or do whatever you need to do. Doing so could potentially affect the health of your smartphone and cause its battery last longer than normal. Also, consider bringing along a spare battery pack so that when you start walking again, you won’t have to have to bring it with you. Since most people are unaware of this issue, I like to say that it comes down to the fact that the device itself drains more power than your body needs to function properly. That means if you leave Bluetooth enabled and turn it on and off frequently throughout the day, the issue of overheating becomes much easier.

Don’t try to use music or high-resolution photos on your screen.

When you look at your smartphone, it’s probably pretty obvious that every photo, video, text message, or email received or sent to you goes through a process of processing that starts at the camera and ends up being stored somewhere on your device. When you’re watching movies or doing a lot of gaming, this is also what makes up the majority of your screen. It’s true that you might be able to play certain games like Fortnite or Call of Duty, but you might have to sacrifice the quality of those games if you display them on your smartphone. Instead, try playing the latest mobile versions of popular games or apps whenever you can. Try keeping your smartphone away from distracting elements such as notifications and email. Don’t try to multitask either! After all, trying to use both WhatsApp and Instagram simultaneously is never ideal.

The second thing that contributes to poor smartphone battery life is that most smartphones come with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth turned on and off automatically and this makes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth less effective than would be expected. Most modern smartphones tend to last between 2 and 10 hours on average when connected to Wi-Fi and 4 to 16 hours when connected to Bluetooth. If your WiFi signal strength is low, then the chances are that you’ll run into a problem with your smartphone battery life. Just because your smartphone has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on and off can’t necessarily mean that it’s giving your device enough power to stay running. There are plenty of options for getting around this issue. One of the simplest ways to improve your Wi-Fi performance is to get more wireless headphones. Whether you are looking for wired earbuds that don’t suck, cheap earbuds that work well, or cheap noise-canceling headphones, there are tons of options for improving your wireless coverage. Similarly, try installing routers that support millimeter wave technology. These technologies can enhance your Wi-Fi coverage, and they have fewer interference issues than the classic Wi-Fi ones. Some of the router vendors include Linksys, TCL, Ruckus Wireless, and Netgear amongst others. Just remember that this doesn’t necessarily guarantee that your new router will work exactly how you expect it to. Sometimes, your router might not have sufficient data availability to let you stream your favorite apps like Netflix. In this situation, you need to try using older technology or switch to newer ones.

Don’t worry about data service.

There is always the possibility that your network might crash or drop out of service. Of course, you could always try to reboot your smartphone to restore the lost data. But, in order to prevent your smartphone from shutting down completely, you should always think about making sure that your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth are still working. Many times, people tend to underestimate the importance of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the early days of smartphones. We often see people thinking that it is just about connecting to Wi-Fi, but actually, there are a lot of applications on the market that use Bluetooth to transmit data and provide connectivity, too. Unfortunately, the same people who complain about their Wi-Fi or Bluetooth turned on and off suddenly forgot that their smartphones still work.

Don’t use your phone whilst driving

The second thing that comes with having poor smartphone battery life is that you’re constantly checking whether your phone is ready for use. Whenever you get notifications or texts, you’re going to start checking whether the phone is working as it was used. While it might seem annoying to have to check for updates every time you’re checking something on your smartphone, it might be worth it for you to stop checking regularly. By stopping, your phone uses up precious energy in standby and may even shut down altogether. As a result of this, several significant tasks like updating Facebook Messenger, Twitter, and Google Assistant can slow down if they happen to be taking up lots of battery backup. Additionally, you might run into an issue with your phone not responding to text messages. That’s when your phone runs into problems, and since it’s running on an old battery, it can get damaged in a matter of seconds. Just because you’re on the road, doesn’t mean that you should always be connected to your smartphone 24/7. Take it home if you really must connect it. Otherwise, you can set up your own hotspot or use the nearest cellular network. With this change, most people seem to have a better time with their smartphones.

A common reason for poor smartphone battery life is that you are neglecting to think about all aspects of your daily routine. From having morning routines to eating breakfast without realizing how much extra fuel is left in the tank. Well, as we’ve already seen, the solution to this issue isn’t quite as complicated as many people believe it is. The answer to this issue, however, isn’t as difficult as some other people’s expectations. Here are some simple tips that can improve your iPhone or Android phone battery life.

Don’t watch social media or YouTube videos when you’re on the go.

There are so many apps that allow you to stay glued to your computer screen for quite a bit. Social media apps such as Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook are all common examples of people relying on social media apps for communication. At first glance, it might appear to be fine. However, it does not mean that you should ignore all other factors as well. Watching videos, images, photos, and video streams might be fine for now, but it might become frustrating in the future.
